The appointment process is easy and the owners are able to communicate via text (I work night shift so I’m unable to answer phone calls). You can also log into your account and reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary. I got a full color dye and a style cut in which came out wonderful! I requested to not get my hair bleached and was able to go from dark brown hair to plum color in less than an hour. Anh was very nice and she listened to my requests. I wanted a U cut with curtain face framing bangs and thinned out hair. She did exactly that. My last haircut (not from this salon) was horribly done. She was able to fix it and thinned out my hair beautifully. I will be coming back for touch ups and haircuts from now on.“
