Update: We’ve had Shaun out a couple more times since my last review. Most recently was for our water heater that bit the dust. As usual, Shaun was a pleasure to work with. He continues to be communicative, on time, and reasonably priced. Glad we found him and we’ll continue to use him for any plumbing work we need.
Like so many others, we had a pipe burst from the recent freeze. I contacted a dozen plumbers with few responses. Shaun promptly responded to all my messages, which says a lot about how he runs his business. He even called when he had a cancellation and was able to get to us in 4 days earlier than expected. Punctual, professional, fair pricing!
Reached out to Olmos for water heater replacement and they were there first thing the following day. Gave us fair pricing and got our water heater replaced the following weekday. Highly recommend Shaun and his team!
