Very overpriced inconsistent pricing with mediocre quality. The first couple times I overlooked some misaligned creases after receiving my clothing back, but now after my last visit my clothes were still wrinkle. Location is convenient, but will never return do to pricing and quality. Lady at counter seemed not to care and tried to justify quality and offered no sympathy or empathy.
Gave these folks multiple chances to get my clothes right. One lady was incredibly helpful and reasonable. Another was not. Non stop tried to make excuses as to why nothing was done incorrectly. Long story short, do not bring your jeans here and expect a straight starch line. They’re not capable of making that happen
Please do Not use this cleaners if you want ALL your clothes back instead of some! I dropped my children clothes off Tuesday morning and I was told they would be ready the following day Wednesday which was also printed on my ticket! I also told the lady I definitely needed them back No Later than Wednesday. So Wednesday come and I don’t receive all the pieces I dropped off. Issue #1 the lady then said oh I’m sorry your baby vest is not ready. Excuse me ma’am I told you before I dropped off the clothes I needed everything back no later than Wednesday.
