I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called with no trouble - the receptionists were friendly and efficient, and the whole process was as easy as I could expect. Dr. Park was wonderful - I had only come in for a lingering cold, but he checked everything he needed to and prescribed me some more effective medication to ensure I’d be fine within a few days. Dr. Nguyen and her team are excellent! Dr. Nguyen has been my doctor for over 7 years and she is always very thorough and takes time to explain things to you. I love that she is very responsive with messages and helpful. It’s easy to get a routine appointment or a needed urgent visit.
Most recently, I ran into issues with getting my medication due to the 2025 changes with my insurance. Dr. Nguyen’s medical assistant, Jenny was great!
