Being a veteran I was referred through Community Care by the VA Dental Clinic to come here after my bad experience with Maxwella dental here in Pearland. My 1st experience started off a little rocky due to a misunderstanding and lack of communication on behalf of the receptionist and the dentist, but after my second visit everything was smooth out and the dentist was very nice and aiming to please and satisfy me as the patient, she was very attention to detail explaining everything very thorough with the upcoming work that is getting ready to be performed. This rating is for the Dentist Dr.Lu she was great and explained my treatment plan and listened to my concerns..The manager was great but there is a lack of organization in the front office Overall it is a good dental office..
Absolutely a great experience at Highland Dental yesterday. From walking in to leaving, all matters were handled professionally, with care and made me feel I made the right decision in having them treat me. Will return.
