“We had such an amazing experience with our leasing agent Jonai She was superrr informative, knowledgeable, sweet, and communicative throughout our entire process! She answered every single question we had, took the time to address all of our concerns, and even provided very helpful suggestions.<br><br>My husband and I are the type of people who will completely cut a tour short because of a poor leasing agent. The vibe we get from the staff at any complex is EXTREMELY important to us because these are the people we’ll be relying on if we ever have an issue or typical resident questions/concerns. We want to feel confident that we’ll be heard and taken care of, and she gave us exactly that feeling. She played a HUGE role in bringing this apartment to the top of our list. ( also I just want to add that Every time we called the PHONE WAS ANSWERED, kinda crazy how many apartment complex’s these days have people in the front that just never pick up the phone lol)<br><br>Her bubbly, welcoming personality made us feel so comfortable, and the way she interacted with our daughter was especially appreciated :) It really felt like she cared about our family and wanted us to have the best experience possible.<br><br>We left feeling excited, informed, and confident about the complex.<br>We are so grateful we got to work with Jonai!”
