Phillip was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. I reached out to him around 10:45am and he was here about hour later to set up my docking station. For context, he set up 2 display monitors to source from my MacBook, and ensured my keyboard and mouse (all non-Apple products) were working seamlessly.
