Mr. John is awesome! Patient and answers all your questions and concerns. I went in for my hard drive for my laptop and within 24hrs it was fixed. He got the work done quickly and at a great price.

Mr. John fixed a brand new laptop I purchased for literally no money at an estate sale because the screen wouldn't turn on. He was able to fix the short and format the hard drive. Laptop is less than a year old and retailed new for nearly $1000. Combination of a tablet and laptop, works unbelievably well and fast. I am now able to multitask between my gaming computer and newly repaired laptop because of Mr. John. Pricing was absolutely fair and fast.
