From routine checks, to chemo, to euthanasia, to new pet check ups, they have been great over the years. Staff is responsive and helpful. The cost isn't cheap but unfortunately vet care isn't. There's likely more affordable options but I've had such good experiences with them. With that being said, they've helped with my insurance paperwork for claims.

This was my second year taking my pups for their annual check up/vaccines and a couple of stomach/ear infections, everyone is always very helpful and friendly, we've seen several doctors and they all take their time answering my questions and concerns, I never feel rushed.My lab is scared of the vet after a bad experience somewhere else so he's always very shy when we go but they are always very sweet and patient with him.

Thanks Silverlake Animal Hospital for the great care you have provided our 3 babies. We are new customers to you and and 6 months new to TX. We originally brought our 2 year old Sadie, black lad/ridgeback mix in just for a second opinion on diabetes and it was confirmed. You folks are much closer for us, so we decided to bring in Sadie's brother and our 14 year old cat Mr. Milo and you all have treated them like your own family. All your doc's & staff are "top shelf" very clean. Thanks for your service and look forward to you all taking care of our babies moving forward. Thanks a MILLION !!!!!!
