My car was leaking Coolant last Friday. I ordered Ford Coolant and replaced it. By Sunday, the Coolant had leaked all over the garage. I took my car to Christian Brothers on Monday evening for them to look at and start working on it on Tuesday morning. Got the call on Tuesday morning telling me that my Water Pump was shot. Damn, this was the last thing I wanted to hear. CBs' fixed me up and I picked up my car on Thursday right before lunch. Manuel was really good about keeping it straight with me, letting me know what needed to be done, and how long my car would be out of commission. 4 stars only because I didn’t get to actually use them (thanks to my warranty co.) but still wanted to leave a review. I’d recommend CB to anyone based off of their customer service and excellent communication alone. From the time my car was dropped off, they were in constant communication which I appreciate. Adam was super friendly and seemed knowledgeable on what he was speaking about. I will be coming here for future repairs! Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, CB proved me wrong! Thank you guys!
My car broke down unexpectedly and they got me in fast and fixed it right away. Very professional service. I like the text updates and printed diagnostic summary. They also let me know what other work will be needed soon so that I can plan.
