Assistant Manager Michael was amazing! While our car was being serviced, he gave us round-trip ride so we didn’t have to wait at the shop, and we truly appreciated it. Excellent service 10/10. Eric went out of his way to help me find a great coupon to cover some of the cost of my oil change, that’s rare now a days to have someone want to save you money at their business, that’s real and I respect that he did that for me. Also Michael gave me great customer service, he efficiently and effectively communicated the diagnosis / condition of my car electronically in store and didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing anything additional or shove anything down my throat , it felt up to me and I appreciate those business practices. I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. From the moment I arrived, Julio greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The manager, Marcus, took the time to explain what they found during the inspection and provided recommendations without making me feel pressured.
