I'm giving 4 stars because until now I've always received great service and help with anything I need. Unfortunately I bought one of the sample sets with the coupon to get one free. Sadly three of the samples they either do not even sell anymore or have not had in stock for weeks. I asked if I could choose another of equal value as it is not my fault they do not have what they advertised in the sample pack I bought. The other three I do not like at all. I personally feel if they cannot provide what they advertise they should give other options. Very disappointed
I went in to Sephora for ALL new makeup and asked for some help/suggestions and I kept being taken from person to person. I think I went to 4 employees one after the other. I felt like they were annoyed or in a rush. And even suggested stuff that was sold out in store and online. So when I asked for something else that is similar to the item I was suggested to buy they just shrugged. This location is small and they are not the vibe.
My experience here at this location Sephora, was wonderful! Everyone was willing to assist and help out with any questions I had concerning any products. I was unaware you could place an item on hold! Nice to know in May future purchases. I’m happy that the shampoo and conditioner I use can be ordered here. I normally order from Amazon but this was much quicker. I was also able to check out other items as well. I like that they have sample items before you get to the register to purchase.
