Today was a completely different experience thanks to Dr. Segall Scott. He personally ensured everything was done well, including the front desk follow-up. He also provided a referral for another specialist, ensuring no gaps in my mother's care. It’s rare to find a doctor who takes this much prompt, personal action to correct a bad situation.
