Long overdue review.Had been interested in lasik for years. Had several corrective vision consultations. They were all happy to do the procedure and take my money.Consulted with Pasadena eye associates and they informed me that because of my age ( over 50) that my vision would deteriorate even after lasik, because that’s the nature of getting older.Long story short. I was informed of an option no other doctor had given me. One that would last forever! Doc Segal gave me all the facts. The procedure would be twice the cost of lasik, and would require 2 different outpatient surgeries. RLE replacement lens exchange. I went to the Pearland location and while they were punctual and friendly, the actual equipment and especially the bathroom was pretty gross. I didn't see them wipe down the equipment before I put my face on it and I didn't think to ask them too because I assumed it was clean but after putting my face on it it didn't feel clean. And I went to the restroom there and there was pee stains all over the seat it was pretty nasty. If they clean up better and have better sanitation practices then I would add more stars

Dr Segal is a great doctor but the wait time is outrageous! They need to look into scheduling and not over booking if they can't see u at least within 30 min of your appointment.
