Based on reviews, the Houston Neurological Institute has a staff that is very nice, kind, and great. Dr. Daren Butler is described as absolutely wonderful, very thorough, kind, and compassionate. Dr. Palvadi is described as incredible, caring, and takes time to listen. Jessica Hanson, the PA, is always amazing, caring, and listens to concerns. Patients have been seen since 1999 and enjoy a good relationship with all employees. The whole process does not feel rushed. The institute is recommended for any suspected neurological needs, nerve issues, and other problems. Patients report their quality of life is exceedingly better due to the care received.
I went to see neurologist, Dr. Daren Butler a couple of months ago for a concerning issue that turned out to be nothing to worry about. I've been going through various treatments and was having many residual issues from required protocols. Dr. Butler was absolutely wonderful. Very thorough, kind and compassionate during my appointments and I'm so happy I found this wonderful specialist. I highly recommend Dr. Butler and his kind staff in Pasadena, TX and at MHSE hospital for any suspected neurological needs!
I have had neurological issues for 15 + years. Most doctors follow a set pattern of meds and little else.
Then I went to the institute.
Met Dr Palvadi and she was incredible!
I was feeling very alone dealing with my problem. She was incredible. I felt as if she understood what I was experiencing. She always takes the time to listen which is rare today.
I cannot recommend he more to anyone w nerve issues and other problems.
The staff is also great and the whole process doesn't feel rushed.
My quality of life is exceedingly better and owe it to Dr Palvadi and the institute.

Dr Palvadi was caring and took time to listen to all of my problems and set me up for multiple testing which actually helped diagnose me and led to surgery which I would have never had known if not seen or cared for by Dr Palvadi. Now not only am I seen by her but also my husband!
