I had a wonderful experience at Coastal Eye-Pasadena! The staff provided excellent service from start to finish and were friendly, professional, and efficient. They took the time to help me find a new pair of glasses that suited me, and I really appreciated their knowledge and helpful guidance throughout the process.
The entire experience was quick, easy, and enjoyable. I highly recommend Coastal Eye-Pasadena to anyone looking for great customer service and a professional, welcoming experience. I’ll definitely be returning!
Appointment was scheduled promptly within a reasonable timeframe. Seen by Dr Mendez a very talented, thorough and knowledgeable doctor. He took the opportunity to explain to my grandson the importance of wearing his glasses. Top notch doctor. We will definitely ask for him again.
Dr. Mendez is great and has wonderful bedside manner. Made my daughter feel confident and comfortable. The office staff and the lady in the glasses center were all really sweet. (I'm so sorry I didn't get any of your names but thank you!)
