Mike and the team at Carpet World did a great job on the wood look laminate flooring we had installed at my parents house. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a product likely to be available locally to be able to beat our deadline of install. The crew they sent out to install 7 days after purchase were fantastic. They even did a couple things not included in the quote for my elderly parents because they are just great guys. I will be going back to carpet world when I shop for flooring for my own home next year.

We just recently had wood look laminate flooring put in my parents home by Carpet World. They did a fantastic job. Mike was super helpful through the sales process and the crew they sent out went above and beyond. With these types of purchases you have two risks because most of the products available are similar. Does the sales person over promise what they can get done for what price and then the quality of the crew sent to install. Because we wanted to get it before Christmas Mike pointed out product that was locally stocked. The 4 person crew installed it 7 days later going above and beyond. I have used Carpet World twice for commercial spaces and they are the best. Installers are friendly and efficient with good workmanship. The store is clean and organized and the owner is super nice! I highly recommend them.
