Lone Star Insitute of Taekwondo

Lone Star Institute of Taekwondo is an excellent Taekwondo studio offering top-notch instruction and a wonderful school with the best instructors. It is led by a true professional and no-nonsense instructor who is outstanding, great with students of all ages, and connects well with kids. The experience is nothing short of amazing, one of the most formative experiences, and a tremendous self-building experience that is more than worth the time. The dojo fosters a community and a chosen family grounded in discipline, respect, integrity, and a great family atmosphere. It is supported by an exceptional group of black belts who lead by example. Students, both children and adults, learn tremendous amounts about self-discipline, respect for themselves and others, self-worth, confidence, mettle, and how to defend themselves while having a blast and so much fun. The instructors meet students where they are but push them past their comfort zones to build real toughness. The community offers genuine care and support, rallying around its members. Students are profoundly grateful for the lessons learned, the friendships made, and the people who shape them in this community. One cannot recommend it highly enough and could not imagine training anywhere else.
