Pampa Heating and Air provides friendly, fast, and honest service. The team saved customers on a Saturday and a Sunday, fixing issues quickly. Technicians like Marcus, Jasper, Denny, Hector, Chris, and Marcos are described as professional, knowledgeable, and sweet, going above and beyond. One customer had a brand new heating and air system installed with help choosing the best one and financing to fit a budget. Another called at 7:30 pm after no callbacks from other services, and a technician arrived by 8:00 the following morning, showing great care in a serious situation with elderly parents. The company is highly recommended, with customers saying they wouldn’t use anyone else and will call annually for a check up at minimum.

I couldn’t be happier! Marcus is a blessing sent from above! It’s a Friday night, 10:00, coming off of a very hot day, moving on to a hotter weekend and this nice gentleman came and fixed my AC! Stayed and made sure it would keep working, figured out more needed done and with no hesitation, he got right back to work! I’m so grateful!
