The company provides excellent straight forward service, communicates well, eliminates issues earlier than planned, and charges an HONEST price. Customers in Pampa needing a new sewer line could not get any plumber to look at it, but Little Bill's came promptly, handled the situation professionally, rerouted the line, did not charge for the estimate, sent a quote, worked almost immediately during holidays, and communicated effectively. They took apart the fence, dug up the entire yard, replaced the line efficiently, and the line has never worked better. The work was finished, the yard was filled in, and everything was left better than found. The company is very professional from the lady who answers the phone and sets up visits to the plumbers that do the work. They rearranged their schedule to finish plumbing work and put a shower in for a client’s mother before winter. The company is highly recommended, with great work, and customers will use them again.
