So far, so good. Francis is working on fixing a very bad cut I got elsewhere. I am still growing some of it out but I believe she will be able to fix it totally when it is grown out.

I called and got an appointment next day. She was knowledgeable on what I wanted done and did a great job. Her associate is very friendly and applied my color. Very nice place to go.
