My cat is my son. He is my baby, and I would do absolutely anything for him. We had a very traumatic experience with Alvarado Animal Hospital, so finding a new long-term vet was really important to me. From our very first visit with Dr. Ben Stanfill, I immediately felt like my cat was in loving and capable hands. He treated him with so much kindness and patience, and my cat was honestly the calmest I have ever seen him at a vet.
This week, my senior cat had a dental procedure and needed six extractions. I was extremely worried about him, especially because of his age, but the entire team reassured me throughout the process. I called multiple times that day because, admittedly, I was a frantic cat mom checking on her baby, and they were always so gracious and kind about answering my questions. Sarah was the person I spoke with the most throughout the process, and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, reassuring, and made me feel like my concerns genuinely mattered.
The best part is that my cat came home and went right back to his normal self. You would never even know he had just had a dental procedure and six teeth removed.
