Most importantly, they took their time to get to know our dog, Max. It didn't feel like a conveyor line, like some other places we've visited.Very kind and caring professionals.They made sure to present all options and costs while making it clear that there was no pressure for certain things, and explained the reasoning for and against options I asked about. It wasn't a game to see how much money they could get me to spend in one visit.
Fast and friendly. Very caring about the animals. I've taken my animals there for 8 years. They will do their best to get you in same day for emergencies. They will also be very quick about caring for my animals.
Sweet ol Dr. Gilbreath took care of our cats for many years. The new staff for our 15 year old senior cat have been great. The ladies at the front are always so kind and sweet. They do a great job overall here. Am thankful to have them taking care of our little old fur-ball. Highly recommended Waxahachie Vet Clinic.
