He drained freon, fixed leak, and refilled unit in no time. He was very friendly and a joy to have working in my house. I would definetly ask for Drew when your AC goes out... Thanks Drew!”
“I came home around 9 pm on 7/28/26 to a sweat box I have been calling home. Our A/C had broken and it was close to 100′F. The next morning I bagan looking for a reliable, honest company to repair our AC. I was fortunate to have called Dogwood Air they have 40+. 4.9 star reviews but most importantly they were open and it was 7:30 am. The woman who answered ( don't know her name) Said she would call Scott (owner) and have him return my call which he did within 10min.Scott sent a tech Brandon to my place to check out my a/c he arrived around 10:00 am. compressor and condenser were broken. Not agood situation as far as cost. Scott and Brandon replaced my broken A/C with a Lennox 2.5 ton unit he and Brandon had all of the work done by 2pm the same afternoon All of these people were as courteous and helpful as anyone could possibly ask for. The cost was truly better than I hoped for. I give their company 5.0 stars ti would recommend Dogwood to anyone who needs honest, fair, reliable, courteous HVAV replacement, repair, or service at the best cost you will find. This outfit is a rare commodity in this day and age.”
