My AC was working but was not able to cool very well during the heat of the day. Technician Drew (The A Team) with Bilco Air came out and found leak in attic unit very quickly. He drained freon, fixed leak, and refilled unit in no time. He was very friendly and a joy to have working in my house. I would definetly ask for Drew when your AC goes out... Thanks Drew!
Found myself in a bind this morning, needing an AC tune up and inspection. I reached out to Bilco explaining my situation and they were able to dispatch a technician who showed up on time. Two parts needed to be changed out and Jay was very thorough in explaining why I should have them replaced. Jay was very professional, knowledgeable and easy-going. I highly recommend Bilco.
