“I came home from vacation to find I had a big issue with my Air Handler. I called Best air the diagnosed it and said it would be $ 1000 to fix it. I did some digging found out it was under warranty. I called Shane at Best Air gave him the information and he researched it. The price went from $1000 to $235 ! Shane ordered the part and sent Tyler to come install it. Tyler was professional and Excellent at his job. I highly recommend Best Air and I appreciate Shane and Tyler both for the honesty communication and Professionalism! Still had problems with the unit and James came out! Needless to say the unit is working correctly again and the main issue has been resolved! Thank you James and Best Air!”
