Very communicative professional and fast
I took my husband there yesterday and the service and treatment was excellent. The location is very clean and organized. We were quickly seen by nurse and then the doctor. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend Vital Care Urgent Care on 42nd St.
I’ve waited too long to write this review. I have visited this clinic many times for myself and my two kids. I’ve gone to other urgent care cares in the Permian Basin and this one continues to do better than all. Great customer service from check-in at front desk, the nurse who takes you back to room and takes all your vitals, and the PA or doctor. They make you feel seen and heard. And to make it even better you’re in and out! I highly recommend this clinic.
