Vital Care Urgent Care
“So thankful we came here today!
I’m currently visiting family and had to bring my son in today because he was in a lot of pain. (We found out he had dislocated his elbow)
We had actually gone to another urgent care first, but they were unable to verify our TRICARE insurance and told us we would have to self-pay. We were given a potential cost of $250–$1,600 just to be seen, plus two additional bills that would be mailed, and were ultimately told to try somewhere else or go to the hospital.
We came here instead, and what a difference! They had absolutely no problem processing our TRICARE, got my son seen quickly, and took care of his elbow. We were in and out in about 20 minutes and paid nothing out of pocket.
Everyone was helpful and made what was already a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate how quickly they took care of my son and how smoothly everything went from check-in to leaving.
