I have a wax pass and I get my eyebrows done every 2-3 weeks. The location in my city (Odessa, TX) as well as a neighboring city, which would be inconvenient but still doable (Midland, TX) both closed without warning.Since I have had to have my brows done elsewhere, will the company be reimbursing wax pass holders for their unused time on the pass?

Anna at the Odessa location is AWESOME. I have been waxing for about 5yrs, outside of the very first every gal I have been to has been good, but Anna is the best I have been to by far. All the European Wax employees are great but Anna and I hit it off and things just went great. People are afraid to get a bikini wax or a Brazilian, I bearly felt anything.Awesome
