I had a phenomenal experience at Ulta in Odessa, Texas! I believe the makeup associate who helped me was named Sisily, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable.(To absolutely every kind of make up)She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience.
Customer service like hers is hard to find, and she truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Sisily, for making my visit such a positive one. I'll definitely be coming back because of the outstanding service I received!

LISTEN TO ME If you want to get your ears pierced, ASK FOR JACKIE 😍!! I was really scared but she was super sweet and calm about it, she did it super quick i literally didn’t feel anything!! She’s AMAZING!! I’m definitely going to come back for more 😍!! THANK YOU JACKIE!! Look how cute my ear looks 🥹🫶🏼🫶🏼!
