Our dog had his evaluation for this location and the staff was great, the guy who helped us at the front and took most of the calls for questions has outstanding customer service skills. The ladies who introduce the dogs are confident and diligent to keep the dogs safe when meeting and playing. The establishment offers cameras to keep and eye on your dog throughout the day and offers a daycare special for your first visit. They have great availability and indoor and outdoor options for the dogs to play so they can avoid the extreme temperatures. We are so excited to have our dog stay with them in the future.
This doggie day care/boarding camp is amazing! I wish we had discovered it a long time ago. We will definitely use it when we have to board our little dog, and hopefully for a day out every once in a while. The staff is young, full of energy, very caring and patient, and very knowledgeable. Our little bundle of energy, Remi, had a blast there and came home totally exhausted (finally)!

NGL, I've always been really skeptical of pet boarding places. My doggies are my babies. But, Camp Bow Wow is amazing! I love that I can watch them in camera in real time while they're playing. I never have to worry about them when I have to leave them there for a few days. Definitely recommend!
