Pet boarding/training in Odessa

“Our dog had his evaluation for this location and the staff was great, the guy who helped us at the front and took most of the calls for questions has outstanding customer service skills. The ladies who introduce the dogs are confident and diligent to keep the dogs safe when meeting and playing. The establishment offers cameras to keep and eye on your dog throughout the day and offers a daycare special for your first visit. They have great availability and indoor and outdoor options for the dogs to play so they can avoid the extreme temperatures. We are so excited to have our dog stay with them in the future.“

“It was my dogs first time to ever be boarded. The gentleman did everything he could to make them feel comfortable. They shared a room and you could check in on them by video.“

I had to leave out of town and couldn’t take my German shepherd with me , so we brought him here. They did such an amazing job taking care of him . They'll even send you videos and pictures while you’re away to ease the anxiety .“

“We have use Crystal's, now twice. We dropped The Fab Four off, yesterday, and they were too excited to even say goodbye!! The last one out of the car, literally CRIED, thinking he had been forgotten, until Hannah came to get him!!

The Fab Four are all rescues. The 2 Chihuahuas are not that into people, with one being almost afraid of people. Both of them about leapt out the car windows, hoping Hannah would take them next!

I give 5 out 5, but really it's a 10 out of 5!! HIGHLY recommend!!“
