My sweet dog got deathly ill at 1 am this morning on my neutral blend white carpet in my bedroom. I did the best I could getting it up but the odor was awful. I called Advanced as soon as I could this morning. They were awesome, worked me in on emergency basis and got here within one hour. Brian did an excellent job and double checked everything before leaving. I have used them for 40 years and will always use them. Terrific group of people, terrific response and terrific result. Stain and odor appear to be gone but their policy is call us back if there is a problem of any kind with anything. Thank you!!!!!!Services: Carpet steam cleaning
