After getting quotes from Terminix and another local company, the difference was night and day. Vince and Robert were incredibly thorough. They spent much more time inspecting and evaluating our home than the other companies did. Their attention to detail was truly impressive and gave me a lot more confidence in their assessment. What really stood out was how genuine and low-pressure they were. They took the time to clearly explain everything, walked me through all of my options, and let me decide what made the most sense financially. At no point did I feel pushed into making a decision like I did with Terminix.. They even encouraged us to take time to talk things over privately, which I really appreciated and didn’t feel awkward at all.
They also offer a better warranty than what we were quoted elsewhere, which was a huge plus. Overall, they were professional, kind, and just genuinely good people. “A few years back we had house guests who brought in uninvited house guests in the form of bedbugs. Through the exterminating company we were introduced Steri-Fab insecticide to take care of smaller areas of infestation. This is safe to use around your animals and the elderly, so perfect to use around the house. Fast forward to the present, and we have a meal worm farm which in the beginning produced not only worms but Bran Mites which take the food source away from the worms. Using Steri-Fab in conjunction with baby wipes I was able to eradicate the bran mite situation. I will continue to use this in my house for future unwanted guests. This is a GREAT product!“
