I unfortunately developed a termite issue and called The Bug Man, the owner Luke messaged me within minutes to find out the problem and immediately set me up an appointment. On the day of the first appointment, he explained to me the process, answered all my questions and immediately began working on the issue. I decided to use them to protect my entire residence from all our Texas pests. Today, Luke and Mack came out to completely take care of my home. The technician arrived promptly in the early part of the appointment window. He asked what I wanted done, the types of pests to treat for in the interior. He was not flustered by my barking dog. He did a thorough job in a short amount of time. He did not disrupt my schedule or activities.
