Our teenager has been dancing various styles since she was four. She loves the movements, interpretations, and freedom of expression. She decided that she wanted to expand her knowledge base and styles so she asked to take ballroom dancing. We live north of Huntsville and options are limited. I did searching then researching online and located Arthur Murray The Woodlands. I messaged them and they were quick to respond and extremely helpful. I knew right away it was going to be a good fit. If you're looking for a place that can make you feel comfortable and confident in dancing (we chose Two Step country), I definitely recommend Arthur Murray in The Woodlands. Todd and Lisa were extremely helpful from the get-go about what to expect and how to succeed. Todd shared priceless info for beginners (which we are) and even shared a Spotify Playlist to get us accustomed to the rhythm and beat of the songs we would eventually hear on the dance floor. Lisa instilled immediate confidence as she guided me through the basics, and the other instructors (Kathryn & Suly) were as graceful as angels & fabulous in explaining what to do and what to avoid.

My husband and I have started taking dance lessons and we couldn’t be happier with the instructors. They make learning to dance fun and enjoyable. We stay for the social parties which provide opportunities to work on our skills and practice with other partners.
