Would not recommend for nail removal. Went in for an acrylic removal and the nail tech started cutting down my nails with a cuticle clipper. Told her it hurt and she still continued (felt like breaking a nail). Then she proceeded to pry my nails off with some sort of tool. To the point where I told her again and asked if she could just soak them. Which she did. This is not the way my nails are usually taken off and I have never experienced the way this lady was trying to remove my nails. Not very friendly either.

I thought their prices were fair and their customers all looked like they were regulars. I'll definitely be back when I come visiting my family in the area.

The nail service was okay up until the end. A couple of nails were filed extremely crooked, some were lumpy, one was jagged. I only asked for her to fix one lump and one crooked… When I asked her to fix it, she handed me the file and asked if I could do better. She was nice up until that point. I hadn’t asked for any corrections previously. It was a 180° in how she acted. The manager was rude to my friend and I. So rude I don’t feel like typing it all out, but I will say this. I have $50 left on a gift card that I will never use because this experience was so incredibly awful.

DISCRIMINATORY TOWARDS HISPANICS. They were cold to me but very nice and friendly to the white women. My nails were not painted completely and appear dull. Sally the nail technician left me at the UV light for almost an hour. Also got a deep cut in my pinky from her filing my nails too aggressively. Horrible customer service. Worst experience I've ever had with getting my nails done. If you want well done nails, go literally anywhere else.

I've driven by this place so many times and finally had a chance to drop by! The place is huge and very clean. I love the organization of their nail polishes! This is the fastest I've been in and out for a pedicure which is truly appreciated. $31 for a basic pedicure with an amazing massage is very reasonable. They were able to get me in last minute and I absolutely love it!

I recently went into Veda's Nails for a gel manicure. I had been to another salon a few weeks ago and the Tech did a dip nail for me and "knicked" me several times, rushing through the process and my nails started coming loose. So, I decided to go back to the nail tech that I had been to a couple of times...Alisha...she is very good! Her technique is great...she's quite the artist and her customer service can't be beat. I have no complaints! However, I can't say the same for the store's Manager, Rhea! Making the appointment and checking in was ok, but when I told her that my fingers were burning, she hollered from my station to the back and told the Tech to get out here this lady has an issue? I was surprised at her behavior! My Tech had just gone to the back and was not around, so I attempted to ask the Manager about the burning, and this is the response I got? I also attempted to speak to the Manager, when looking a the New Year decorations....I said they're very pretty and I asked her if they put those up every year, and her reply was just a flat "no!" So I went on to the ladies room and then to the front to check out. I was behind a lady who was checking out and the Manager was having a very pleasant conversation with her...so I was surprised since she had been so rude to me? When I stepped up, I asked her..."do you not like me?" And, she responded very combatively...."it's on you if you think I don't like you"...."you don't like me"...and I said "I don't know what you're talking about"...."I asked because , you were nice to the lady in front of me"....and then she said "the lady in front of me had been her customer for 7 years....sign the receipt!" I could see this was going nowhere, so I signed the receipt, but also asked who owned the salon and she heard me and said, "I do!" Normally, if you receive this type of treatment in a store, you can go to the Manager, but apparently not in this case....the rude person is the Manager! I read her profile and she claims to have the highest customer service standards, but I did not experience high quality customer service when I was there! I am hoping things will improve, as I want to go back to see my nail Tech.
