When a hail storm hit our home in March 2025, we felt stuck. Our 60+-year-old Roof was shattered and no one wanted to touch it as it was made of asbestos. Before even focusing on the roof surface, they spent time checking the internal ceiling structure, which I didn’t expect. While doing that, they found damp marks on a wooden support beam. That discovery showed that water had been traveling silently for weeks without any obvious dripping or visible signs. It made me realize how important it is to inspect beyond just what’s visible on the surface.
Lance from Precision Construction and Roofing responded to me extremely fast after I noticed a leak from my roof into my attic. I quickly felt like I could trust them and their judgement. Both Lance and Cam came out today to inspect and assess the situation inside my attic and on top of my roof and found several areas of improperly installed shingles throughout my roof and in the areas where water was getting in.
