I have been going to North Hills family practice for 37 years. They are fast, friendly and refills and referrals are also have a great turn around. I love and trust this place so much I drive and hour to continue to go there.

My Husband & I have been Patients at North Hills Family Medicine for a long time. The Staff is caring & professional. Our Primary is Dr Joseph Lambert. He has taken excellent care of us over the years. He takes his time with you, answers all your questions. If you are looking for a Primary Doctor I highly recommend him.

It can be hard to get in, but Dr. Canci and Dr. Lambert are the absolute best and the office staff is always amazing. They do offer zoom as well, so when I was on vacation and got Covid, I was able to do a zoom and get Paxlovid called in same day. I hardly got sick with that help and I have suffered horribly in the past and have lung damage from previous bouts with Covid. This has been my doctors office for over 15 years and I have moved, but still drive to see them.

I had 2 bills from them and one I was paying about $55 per month on a payment plan. I had another bill and called to speak to someone in billing about paying $50 per month because I was not given the option to set up a second payment plan and was told it would be ok. About 3 months later I received a letter in the mail today, 11/4/24, saying my bill was about to go to collections. I see this as unprofessional and ridiculous. I do not know if there was a lack of communication or someone just made a mistake, which I get mistakes happen, but this annoys me. They could see I was at least making payments. They did not call me first, did not send a message to their portal first, etc. They sent a letter saying my bill will go to collections. I told them I am not working right now and that is why I wanted to pay it off slowly. I do not recommend nor will I be a patient of theirs anymore.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter today, and the receptionist was tone deaf and dry. I didn't like her tone when I informed her that my daughter didn't have insurance. Her tone was very condescending, and she shouldn't have had to ask twice about insurance coverage. She seemed to be annoyed when I told her my daughter's symptoms. I decided not to take my daughter here and take her to urgent care instead. The receptionist definitely needs training. People that work in the medical field should have some empathy when talking to the public.
