Arrived within 2 hours of calling. Checked out my HVAC and topped off refrigerant. Didn't once push for a new system or extra services. Professional and courteous, I would use their services again.
Had my air go out on a Thursday evening, called Malcoms Friday morning and they were able to service me the same day while I was at work. I suspected a bad capacitor, but feared they would tell me the unit needed to be replaced.
