I was super excited when I found this shop. I've been there twice now. And I'm giving them five stars because the manicure and pedicure I got were great. There was one staff person who wasn't super customer friendly, but maybe she was having a bad day. Thankfully, the staff who did my manicure and my eyebrow waxing were super nice and wonderful everybody else in the shop was really great. And my nails and feet look AMAZING.

Wonderful mani- pedis & atmosphere! Tommy, Cantu, Tran & Tony are THE BEST. The prices are very reasonable and the salon is clean. I've been coming here for 5years. Recommend!

I have been coming here since I moved over this way. I usually have a great time here. I stopped going a lot bc I was being overcharged and my significant other was absolutely pissed and demanded I never return. I go against his wishes and go back yesterday and a different man was there. I had never seen him before then. But The way he spoke to me was absolutely deplorable and disgusting. “WERE CLOSED!!!!!!” He shouted. I was shook. I still can’t believe he spoke to me like that. They were in fact not closed, and he started laughing and talking even louder w a blonde woman sitting in the pedi chair. I was absolutely mortified. I can’t believe you allow your employees to speak to patrons in that manner.
Very clean place and the staff was the main reason I kept going here. Other than him, wonderful experience

Took my nanny baby here and they hurt her by filing her nails too hard. I asked for calus removal, they didn’t do it. We chose not ti get gel so I’m guessing that’s why we got such horrible treatment. They rushed the job. Mani & pedi in less than 45 minutes. She told me my nails should be dry so I moved my glasses and they immediately smudged. I told her and she said it wasn’t bad and only added another layer of clear nail polish. My nanny baby’s nails had paint all over her fingers. I didn’t put my shoes on for at least 3 hrs after my toes were done and as you can see, it was left sloppy. The tech kept telling me it was my fault bc I chose regular nail polish but most of my life I’ve had plain polish and it’s never smeared like this… especially while I’m still there! Would NOT recommend!

First time in since I am new to NRH and the reviews lived up to expectation. Tony did my toes and did a fabulous job. I came in with pain and he fixed it. Very relaxing! Looking forward to my next appointment and will bring my mom here as well!

I’ve tried going here a few times and giving them a few chances. They are very nice but my nails never turn out good at all. They don’t shape them, they’re lumpy, and they aren’t able to do any kind of designs on them for me at all. This last time I asked for a refund and they refused. I don’t want them to try and fix them. I want someone else to fix them. I’m sorry, but I won’t be back.
