I originally signed up under another owner. Blink has taken over and I moved further away and it was not convenient to go there any more. I have tried canceling via their online portal, and it always times out. Also, under their management, Blink has a buyout clause on a month to month membership. BEWARE

1 star because this is the biggest blink fitness in the area and they can’t even seem to provide hip thrust pads. I had to purchase my own and carry it around with me. Also there 2 leg extension machines and one is ALWAYS broken. It’s like they fix it temporarily and the coming week it’s broken again. It’s so disappointing to be completely honest. I’d rather drive to the Blink in Keller.

Facilities are good and kept clean. The management and employees are great. Very friendly and supportive of the members.

Worst place, they would give you misleading information just to sell you membership. The African American manager is as rude as they came… I have a few friends that attend the guys and they all have something to say about her. Stay away… it’s not worth her rudeness!!

Gym is alright, but hours absolutely suck. Always seems as though there is never anyone at the front desk to greet you. Employees seem like bored high schoolers, you could at least look busy. The manager is some mixed lady (only saying that bc I dont know her name )who maybe had good intentions but told my friend that she could sign up for only 1 dollar. My friend asked if she would take cash, and she responded with yes, we even take food stamps... like what is that supposed to mean? She was obviously not thinking when she said that. Watch your mouth, ma'am. Just for that alone, she is not signing up.

Good gym & enjoyed working out there. However they raised the fee once without notice. Then when I went to cancel (fee was going to increase again & husband was back on nights) they changed notice from 30 days to 45 days without telling me.

Staff always say hello and they seem to be cleaning all the time. During 9am -3pm best time to work out, not busy and you can get to the machines you want.

Poorly operated gym. I thought there problems were just COVID but they can barely keep the doors open and continually shorten operating hours. It's got adequate equipment for a neighborhood gym with few members so I give it 2 stars. But you barely get your moneys worth, even at $10/month (and even that's a scam, it's more) . If I thought they could do better I'd be glad to pay more. But the problem is the management.

Hours change for the worse constantly. Now suddenly there is no 800 number and the way to cancel membership does not exist. The hours work with almost no ones schedule.

It frustrates me that I, an 11 year old girl, can't workout! Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm weak and can't be buff. Little kids can workout too!
