Mike at Big Q Auto is so awesome. He gives great customer service, super transparent and reliable. It really takes the stress off the entire process. Mike is the reason this the go-to place for repairs. Most definitely recommend.

I tried booking an appointment online however it sent me to another barbershop in Carrollton, and I didn’t realize it until after I scheduled it. The only reason I knew was because of an email I was sent. Since my appointment is less than 12 hours away, I can’t cancel. If the owners read this you need to create your own profile or remove this from your Google map page. I think it’s deceptive that you have another barber shop linked in your profile that’s pretty far away.UPDATE: I talked with Quincy and he was easy to talk to. This man knows what’s he’s doing and the place has a great vibe. Today was my first time in the chair, and he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Got a nice cut and beard trim that was worth a lot more than what the man charged me. So yeah, been looking a little bit for a place, today I think I found my guy. If he can make my old self look decent, imagine what he can do for you??!!Services: Shape up
