I've been going here for years and every time I have a visit the staff is kind and professional. Also, they do a great job at fixing teeth. Plus, the prices with insurance is affordable. Overall, if you're looking for a good dentist this is the place to go.

My children have been going here for the past few years and it has been nothing but great experiences. The doctor and staff are always friendly. Sometimes there is a wait, and I understand some patients require more time than others. Today's visit though was great, we were called in on time and the doctor and dental hygenists were quick and efficient.

Everyone is very kind and helpful, and my children love them. They are no longer afraid of the dentist, and I really appreciate their attention to cleanliness. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had no issues with any of the nurses or the dentist himself. I’m giving one star because communication from the front desk was not clear at all. When I first called to make my appointment, they said that since I had PPO dental insurance that they were automatically in network only to find out after they had done my cleaning that they were not in network with my insurance. Not to mention, they literally charge double than what they printed out for me in my treatment plan. Whether you follow the fee schedule or not, you’re giving me misinformation and likely you’re doing that on purpose because you got paid way more than you were expecting. You cannot tell me that you’re in network, but your billing off yourOWN fee schedule. That doesn’t make sense at all. If you’re in network, then you use the SAME fee schedule point blank. I’m sure they will reply to this and try to say some snazzy stuff, and prove their point but I’m going to tell you now I work in healthcare and I know how to read an EOB and I know an insurance SCAM when I see one. I will be reporting them to the Texas state board as well as to my insurance because what they are doing is not fair and it is insurance fraud. Be careful on what they quote you and make sure you follow up with your insurance because you could get stuck paying for a lot of things when you shouldn’t have to pay for it. Finding out a lot of things I was charged for were actually covered by my insurance is gutwrenching. I’ve never had anybody scam me the way this place has. I don’t think they expect people to follow up with their insurance and follow through to see what was paid for and what wasn’t. The patient responsibility that they gave me was wrong as well. They basically quoted me for half of what they were going to charge, which is not transparent at all. Then when I tried to call and resolve the whole situation, the woman kept going in circles and telling me more things that contradicted what she had already said like they bill their own fee schedule when they are supposedly “in network”. Then, when I informed her that they were not in network, she acted like I was delusional. Like my insurance company was lying to me now. HAHAHA I could go on and on but, all I have to say is check with your insurance company. Check your explanation of benefits from your insurance And make sure you’re not paying for something that you shouldn’t be paying for!!! I will be disputing all of these charges!
