“Salado Fitness is frequented more by the older population. But the atmosphere is relaxed and there is never a wait to use the equipment. It’s clean and organized and way cheaper than Anytime Fitness which is the only other gym in Salado and it’s locally owned. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who is just looking to workout without having to deal with crowds.“

“I have had several massages from Linda over the past three or four years, definitely not as many as I should be getting. She has the most amazing magical hands!! When she is finished I feel like I just woke up from a nap. I feel melted to the bed. She always does a combination of things for me including lymph massage and deep tissue. Very relaxing! She is right in the middle of downtown Salado and kind of hidden away. It has been my experience that she is always booked but can normally get you in within the week. She is well worth the wait!“
