I went to view a new home in Bella Charca and was impressed with the quality of the home. Many new homes I have looked at recently havn't been up to par, but these seemed like they were a really good quality construction, like a custom build would be. And I was very happy that they were in a gated community.
I am leaning towards building with them as well because they are currently offering some pretty big incentives that similar style homes in the area aren't matching.
