Bobby and his staff went above and beyond. Dealing with the unimaginable, my sister and brother-in-law lost a baby and I was tasked with making arrangements. I called three places and Bobby was the only director that spoke to me as a person. He blessed my family in their hardest time. I am in New Caney and my sister is in Conroe and Bobby was able to be at whichever location we wanted. He walked my sister and BIL through the finals steps and called them along the way. We are forever grateful for them.
I am so grateful we chose Rios Funeral Directors during my family’s time of need. We visited Rios and another nearby funeral home and immediately knew Rios was the right place to have my dad’s Celebration of Life. Elena, Bobby and staff were thoughtful, patient and compassionate throughout the entire process. They made us feel at peace knowing our dad would get the respect and honor he deserved.
