I worked with Shayla, and they installed the headstone around Christmas but i never made it out there to my Moms grave to look. I went out about 7 or 8 months later and noticed her picture had come off . I sent Shayla a picture of the issue and she jumped right on the problem and sent a crew out that day to fix and re attach the picture. I was greatly impressed. Shayla was very easy to work with and they provide service after the sale. I highly recommend this company to work with. They had fair pricing as well.
