They handle stress and difficult situations professionally, ensuring customers leave feeling confident with their new look. This family-friendly salon is also great with kids, including those with special needs, making it an ideal spot for families.
Came in to get my hair done by Olivia Joy; I was in desperate need of a trim, and she did a wonderful job fixing up my hair. She made sure to ask me question about what I was going for, and paid attention to detail.
Make sure to ask for her when you come in next time!
I went in unprepared not knowing exactly what I wanted or would look good. Lucky for me Alma was amazing and helpful . . . Not to mention patient! She guided me through searching Google for a haircut idea which I have to give her credit again for the patience. I ended up choosing a short haircut and had very shaggy unruly hair, Alma took her time cutting it away with precision. Her attention to detail is unmatched not a single hair missed her trained eye. I will be making getting a haircut from Alma part of my routine permanently. Thank you again Alma for the time dedication and perfect haircut!.
My boyfriend went to Sports Clips and his haircut was butchered. It wasn’t blended and some spots were shorter than others. He was very unhappy so we came to Great Clips. We had never been here before but Ms. Alma was very kind and willing to fix him up. She was very friendly and sweet. This will be our new place and Ms. Alma will be the one to cut his hair as long as she’s willing.
