Alex and James came out to do the startup of my generator. We had some issues with getting the WiFi connection running. It took a while to work through that, but finally got it working on the right network. Good job sticking with it. They also stepped me through the transfer switch operation.

Alex showed on time as promised to install our generator. He was professional and did an excellent job. Zellnor provided us with a ‘turn-key’ operation complete with plumbing our propane connection, for a finished product. We’re very happy with the entire project. We received instructions and assistance with the app to monitor the generator’s status, and Zellnor is going to monitor it for us for the coming year. Great experience. I have always been very happy with Zellner. They installed a Generator switch box outside for me and did a great job. Smooth, quick and clean quality work. Recently had a bunch of outlets go out in the house along with power lost to a dishwasher, they were out quickly and fixed everything in under 2 hours. Great business!
