Friendly and prompt service. I have an older model (iPhone 12 Pro Max) with touchscreen problems. They diagnosed the problem quickly and actually had the part (new screen) in stock. As promised, they had the repair completed in about 3 hours. Would definitely go back.

While on vacation my husband’s phone became damaged. Many locals suggested taking it to ubreakifix, 30 minutes away… so we did. Jacob saved the day! He was SO INCREDIBLY helpful! He was able to fix the problem with confidence and guided us on the steps to take to use our insurance. All in all, all our panic was completely resolved without any out of pocket expense! Thank you Jacob- you are the best!
