Everyone in that shop are professionals in every sense of the word. In other places, to include the phone companies, they talk down to you and repeatedly emphasize how technically superior they are to you. Not these guys. They are a breath of fresh air.

Wonderful customer service. The bottom glass cover for my son’s iPhone 13 camera was shattered when it fell out of his pocket so we brought it here for repair. Abby helped us out late on a Friday evening and went above and beyond to make sure the phone was fixed and took the time to make Her attention to detail, honesty, and explanation of how it all works was greatly appreciated! We will return for any additional services on the future!

They took an hour and a half longer than the estimated time. However, the employee we talked to was much nicer and more knowledgeable than the location in San Antonio. My daughter's phone was fixed and she was happy.
